Hi everyone!!!
Hope you are all on the down page...
My scales had a moment today.
the 60.8 showed up... I was so excited. am STILL delighted with 61.2!
Under 10 stone...and soon to be in the 50 s kilo s.....
Does anyone just walk for their exercise?
I do 3.20 a day...and it s such a simple thing.
Would love to get a good exercise for the thighs. The cellulite has all but gone,and I'd love to tighten up and add muscle..on top of the actual new muscle..incredible lol

Good Morning everyone,Hope you all are keeping cool.
I went out for my 8.5 km fast walk a couple of hours earlier today.It made such a wonderful difference heat wise.Just have to get a wiggle on on get organised earlier. I went out at 7.45 instead of 10 ish.....All the birds were having a ball. A few Common Koels very close by, happy magpies and kookaburras. Lots of birds I could hear but couldn't see, There s one that sounds like the whistle of a falling bomb, before it explodes.
Really lovely to enjoy the fresh air, cool wind, and birds. The regular kangaroos stopped to say hi and jumped away.
Does any one jump on the scales a few times an take the lowest reading....?lol
I weighed my clothes after my walk....800 grams!! sweaty walk! love it....
