day 6! I didn't do any normal workout today, but rather I went up and down a flight of 12 stairs 50 times and felt that was sufficient enough lmao. as for why I did that, well, let's just say I'm never one to reject a dare lmao, it was really difficult

day 4! man can I feel the burn, but dare I say I'm starting to like it again? not sure on it yet, but I was looking forwards to working out again today, so that's a plus! today I did the same as the previous days, and I ate a little bit better too! hopeful outlooks for the future ^^

day 3, I did the same workout as day 1. my arms are sore as hell and it makes me happy, because that means growth ^^

ok, day 2! well kinda, idk, just wanna log what kinda excersize i do each day, so i'm gonna do that. anyways, today i didn't do any set exercises, but i did a lot of house cleaning, and ended up doing more than 5,000 steps, which i think is a great start! i got sweaty too (ik, ik tmi) but i feel like that means i'm doing something right. i can't remember where i read it, but i think i saw somewhere that if you sweat for 7minutes while exercizing, then for the next 24 hours you burn more fat or something. i don't completely believe it, but it helps me keep hope anyways, so it's good enough for me lmao. i hope y'all are having a great day!!!!
