2 wks now...i've been tempted a few times to stray but so far i'm sticking pretty close to 1600 cal a day and 30 min or more on treadmill..i started out at 2mph and slowly graduated to 2.3 and 2.5 mph,,,If my legs can build up to 3 mph I think it would be ideal for my diet...wish me luck...

I made it one week on about 1600cal aday...5lb lost....I'll try to keep it up for another week and see what happens...

ate 1600 cal yesterday and 30 min on treadmill...that's 5 days in a row
now...I hope I can keep it up...I sure hope I'v got a weight loss when I weigh sunday.. tomorrow....more than 2 lbs I hope.,..

Got back to 1600 cal yesterday and did 40 min again on the treadmill..
today is my 5th day but I don't weigh in til Sunday...I can only eat
700 cal tonite so will power will power will power is what I need..
I'm anxious to see what I lost the first week...
