I am feeling so good right now! I am in an office meeting where cupcakes were passed around and I shared some with my coworker. I only had 1/4 of the cupcake! I am so proud of myself. I know this sounds silly, and a forth of a cupcake is nothing, but it is something for me. I normally would have indulged in 3 or 4 cupcakes and to have the fortitude and discipline to not overly partake. I have come too far in my fitness journey to waist it all on a whole cupcake....:)

Ok so I am down to 165.6 lbs! Exciting! I am praying that I can knock out these last 16lbs within the next month and a half, and from there I will set another goal. The intermittent fasting is still going strong. I've found that during my fasting time (8pm-12 noon) I really need to increase my water and green tea intake to prevent me from sneaking low cal foods before time.

Ok. ..so my weigh in is not until Monday but I check just about everyday. Yesterday I was down to 165!!!!! I'm following my macros to the last drop....I am so excited for weigh in Monday! ! I'm loving my results and I love reading the love and feedback others are giving one another. ..so supportive
