Ick-supper was kinda bleh.I have lots of bad food for you in the house but running low of the lo carb diet foods.I guess thats good-in the sense that Ive eaten all my health foods like I should-but bad in the sense that I'm finding it harder to come up with lo carb meals with what I have.Wont be able to go to real grocery shopping til next week.Might make list of the few essentials to tide me over and get tomorrow.
My REAL dillemma is the upcoming events:
Friday-daughter's fun night=Pizza,malts etc. :(
Saturday-family party for my son's birthday=foods I cant have
May 8 and 9-more birthday parties for my son=food food and cake!!
May 13-niece's college graduation dinner out=SOB!!
May 14-My birthday-I cant really have cake on bday :(
Then we're into June and summer events and avtivities.GROAN>
I am just getting back on track from my easter "debacle" and really dont want to start over once again-I NEED A STEADY induction period.Which in essence I really have not had since I started this.
BUT-the red devil on my shoulder seems to shout louder when I'm in a social setting.You know the phrase "come on everyone else is doing it"-"just one bite wont hurt".Any plans or suggestions that have worked for u guys please do share.I think going into the next month I'm going to need all the tools in my arsenal. :O

Been feeling sicky since last night.Either I am getting what my mom had or its one of the side effects of the diet.
RL is bringing me down-again-kid's dad being a buttmunch,I'm having issues with raising my kids with the influence of Gma,and the ever present ticking time clock.
I turn 33 in May-but I really feel like I'm going thru a midlife crisis.And I am freaking out!!At least I'm too poor to afford a sports car.I suppose I could pick up a 23 year old boyfriend?I make lite of it but I know I have some deep seeded issues revolving around the fact that I have several successful friends and because of my addictions I have made a mess of my life.And,I feel like time is slipping by for me to do something of real value.I guess in short,I am NO where near where my 18 year old self thought I'd be by now. Sorry- to my weight journal as a sounding board for unrelated RL stuff.
Its just been a tough morning-and I feel like crap to boot.Might not eat as consistantly today :/ Hope everyone elses day is going well :)

LOL-Feeling a little less bloated and water rentented today.As the scale shows/Thank goodness!Still gonna prob follow yesterday's regime.Lots of water and mainly veggies.
P.o'd at the weather-rainy rainy rainy and more to come the rest of the week.I wish I wasnt so self conscious-I'd go to the health reach literally down the street and walk their track.I serious ly need some esteem therapy.I cant let my personal hang ups hinder my diet.Well one day at a time one day at a time.

I did really good today on my carb intake.9 carbs altogether and 8 of it was veggies.Pretty satisfied.
Have some left over temptations in the house too.Tough-to not dip into the kids' easter candy or a dish of some corn casserole.My mom isnt helping-she went back on the atkins today too,but by super time she said she couldnt do it because she was sick.SIGH.
I'm also going to start tracking my soda intake.I really need to take that more serious than i have been.I have used it too much as a crutch and replacement for food.
