Hmm, I can see from my severe raise in my line graph that I have gained weight! Shucks...I now know that when I am home and in a routine I have much better success that when I travel and have "fun". And "fun" for me includes eating funthings! I have to change this mindset. I need to refocus and remember that I can do it! For 2 days I got back into my old mindset of "just eat it, who cares beacue you are allowed to have FUN" and clearly it has a negative effect, both on my weight and my mind. i'm jumping back on ladies and gentlemen and I will keep you posted!

Day 11: Bad bad bad! Went away for a 2day mini vay-k and it was not good. Had a couple of beers, calamari, buffalo chicken sandwich, souvlaki. BUT, I did try to make good decisions even though I was being bad. For example, multigrain bread instead of a kaiser, greek salad instead of fries, but the pita was white flour no doubt. I feel as though I am falling into the old routine of, "I'll just have a little, b/c it's not that bad." p.s. I am still in Phase 1 and SHOULD NOT have bread anyway. I guess I just didn't care when everyone was "supposed" to have fun and I wanted to join in. Help please!

Day 8: Also another great day. Did 45 min "FIRM" workout and walked for 1 hr...feeling quite worked out. Ate well! I low-fat cheese string, 2 hardboiled eggs, salmon with garlic (steamed) and tomato, cucumber and goats cheese salad. Oh yeah...and 2 sugar-free fudgesicles!
Feel great..little headachy.

Day 7: Great day today! had a big greek salad with pork and then crab and chicken for dinner. To all of you Phase One-ers out there...try the micha ricotta creme.......DELISH! Taste like a chocolate mousse. I put 2 sugar substitues and more cocoa for that real chocolate kick. Absolutely 100% satisfies my cravings....msg me if you want the recipe!
p.s. haven't weighed myself today

Day 6: Good day today...forgot and ate the skin off the chicken...it was tasty but dangerous! Worked out so well yesterday that I hurt today, but in a good way. Made a great salad that is featured in the book, gave it to my fiance as well, and he loved it! And I said, "see...SB isn't that bad!" I didn't weigh myself today, but I feel guilty because I ate a sugar-free fudgesicle AND the mocha creme ricotta dessert listed in the book. Is it really that bad?? I feel like I won't lose weight because of it :(
