This is the highest weight in over 15 years.
I've embarked on this healthy lifestyle journey for, 27 years . Praise God, overcame a binge eating disorder, however, unhealthy habits remain. The cause for concern is the slow increase in weight , therfor, im digging in. Let's go !💪
