I have been having a lot of trouble lately with my asthma. Therefore I'm back on a lot of medication after being in the hospital. Its back to square one with me.
One day at a time, and one foot in front of the other!!!

I've gotten discouraged because the weight is not coming off, I know the reason (asthma meds)and being on vacation and not eating right. Right now I'm retaining water too. Can't wait for things to get back to normal.

I'm off work today and getting started on the Holiday weekend. Must be mindful of the things I eat this weekend, but looking forward to the weekend.
