Fasting BG 103. Follow-up appt with Dr today on my progress. I think they will be happy to see my numbers. BP was a little high this morning but considering I'm off my meds, it's acceptable. It's rainy today but it's FRIDAY! I hope to get a few things done around the house this weekend... want to get my new blinds and curtains hung, at least. Maybe a little painting in the Kitchen. I hope everyone has a great day!

Fasting BG 135. I think it's the predawn phenomenon creeping in as my bedtime BG was 106. Hopefully, this won't be a continuing trend. On another note... THE STRUGGLE IS REAL! Everything is savory, salty or sour and I'm needing something sweet. Any suggestions to help me over this hump?

Happy Hump Day! Fasting BG 116. I had a little leg cramping this morning. I need to up my water intake. Also, after looking over my food diary from the last few days, I need to increase my fiber with veggies. Definitely lacking on that front. Otherwise, I think I'm doing well.

I woke up this morning and to my dismay, up again. I know it's going to take a minute to regulate my body so not going to get discouraged. My fasting BG at 127 after pricking my finger 4 times...GRRRRR I think I dislike testing my sugar more than the insulin shots. New day tomorrow and hopefully, it will be a slower pace. I hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
