Not much of a loss because when I weighed in at 132.8 last time it was in the afternoon after I'd eaten, having consumed a lot of sodium in recent days. Then it was probably actually around 132, so only 1 lb. in last week.

UNWELCOME COMMENTS ABOUT WEIGHT
How do you all deal with it? Any good lines to shut the conversation down?
For me it's compliments, but it's still unwelcome. It drives me nuts that a man can walk in to a room at ease when he's 100 lbs. overweight, but a woman gets a barrage of comments about how she looks. Even if it's positive, the focus still shifts there and it's such bullshit. Our conversations are framed in our appearance, and as soon as you respond, you're relating to someone on that level.
I think my new solution is just to pretend I didn't hear it. Not respond to it, say something else, and keep going.
Here's the **real** kicker: the people in my life who've made the most comments about my body are completely delusional about their own.

YOU'RE AMAZING.
This takes so much focus and discipline. Today, for the first time in a very long time, I counted every single thing I ate. (Before I'd used FS to calculate calories and stay w/in 500-calorie budget each meal.) It's tedious, it's time-consuming, it's tough to stick to when you have many other tasks waiting. But I did it and I realized that you all are doing this every single day.
Some of you are cancer survivors, some are recovering from surgery, some have lifelong food issues, some have jobs which require being on the road and preclude you from consistent healthy eating. But you're all doing it.
Everyone, stop being so hard on yourselves! I hope you all will do something nice for yourself this week. Get a pedicure, book a massage, turn your phone off for the afternoon. Do something! You deserve it. :)

Surprised. I haven't been able to run as much as I wanted this week. That's what usually makes the difference. I have to eat < 1500 calories and run at least 20 miles a week, 4 miles at a time. But I didn't and saw a difference. Weight is strange.

I don't have any personal changes to record. I just log on to read InstantCrazy's hilarious posts. I believe she is secretly a comedienne rehearsing her material on us.
