Le poids est repartie à la hausse avec une semaine mieux suivie que la précédente.
Je reste donc sur les 4000 kcal pour la semaine à venir, et j'aviserais pour la prochaine

Légère perte de poids sur cette semaine, mais de la détente et relâchement de pression.
Donc rien d'alertant, je repars sur une base de 40000 kcal approximativement, et à voir la semaine pro' !

J'approche de la barre des 70 kgs, les mensurations continuent d'avancer tranquillement de façon générale, le tout avec un tour de taille qui stagne.
Semaine suivante aux alentours des 3900 kcal, avec un weekend moins suivis mais axé détente/décompression !

Légère augmentation du poids, mon corps semble utiliser beaucoup d'énergie.
Passage à 3900 kcal sur la prochaine semaine et changement d'un exo dans la séance.
