March 20, 2020 Weight this morning 180, blood sugar not taken. Got super sleepy at 11 a.m. so I ate four dark chocolate cranberries and a tablespoon of cocoa mix in strong coffee (totaled80 calories). Woke me up, all right. Not a recommended thing but a sleeping med too late in the night and it's being Friday added up to excruciating sleepiness at my desk! Didn't fall off my chair after all. Just feeling guilty at all that sugar.
My very fit watch actually got my sleep time right last night. It always insists on my going to sleep after 10:38, which is often two hours later than the time I actually went to sleep, but I was reading a really good fantasy last night and actually stayed up until 11:15. I got 7.5 hours of sleep but took sleeping gel at 2:30. Earlier to sleep tonight! Sleep in tomorrow if I want.

March 19, 2020 not happy with blood sugar 155 at 4:30 and blood pressure 155/72. Some of it might be that I ate a pure protein bar last night and they do elevate my blood sugar. The other thing might be thatI am a bit concerned with all this virus stuff. Possibly the extra fruit I ate today, an apple and two tangerines, more fruit than i usually eat and twobreads. I drank about 5 cups of strong coffee. To
morrow I will do differently and see what happens.
I was at 179.8 this morning.

March 17 Wearing green. Wt. back down to 180. Stopped eating that soup. Blood sugar 115. Last night's salad packed up to eat with 2 oz pork loin for lunch.

March 16, Though weight fluctuates Saturday's weigh was 180.2. Since then I have weighed 183 and 181 but have been eating a densely fibered soup for supper so I imagine that's the cause. Have not eaten above 900 to 1100 calories so I know that it would be fairly improbably to actually gain fat based weight. Clothes don't seem a lot looser but at my age legs get skinny, neck gets skinny and belly tries to hold it 's fat. Blood sugar was up this morning, 155, blood pressure 152 over 67. Too much salt ? I will try again tonight.
