Well been off for awhile eating badly again and not getting enough exercise time to make a change and try and get back on the horse. Really want to do the Canada Day Sprint Triathlon, but have a long way to go before I'm ready for that....4 months lets see what I can do:)

Been afraid to get on the scale this whole quitting smoking thing is reeking havoc with my diet and exercise. I'm just over 2 weeks in and still not smoking so that's good, but up weight wise. So depressing after struggling so hard to lose it. Oh well my trainer says that its actually easier to burn fat when your not smoking, so whatever I but on should be easier to lose once I've adjusted. I know its the right decision to make and I'm just trying to push through.

Ok day 5 of quitting smoking was a rough one yesterday. Actually didn't have much of an appetite yesterday and really didn't have much energy either so not workout, back at it tonight going for a swim:)

Well made it through the long weekend Ok so that's good. I'm actually on my 4th day of quitting smoking was afraid all I would want to do is eat, but really haven't had much of an appetite. Feels good to still be moving in the right direction and meeting my 5lb a month loss goal.
