First time trying egg wraps. If I had feta instead of the pre shredded crap cheese, it would have been much tastier, and far fewer calories! Around 400 calories for the plate, and I couldn’t finish it all.

I have to think out loud for a bit. Yesterday was annual shuffleboard and corn hole championship party. I drank nearly 3000 calories 😳 I did not over eat, though. My partner and I were the first team to be double eliminated, so most of the day was socializing. Always a fun day. Also, I had planned on it being a high calorie day and don’t regret it at all.
Now, I’m trying to get back to normal but our fridge/freezer died suddenly so there just isn’t much for healthy food in the house… or a place to store it if I wanted to shop. It can and will be fixed, but the part has to be ordered from halfway across the country so it’ll be a while.
I’m gonna need every last bit of strength I have and then some to keep my calories under control now. My husband and boys all eat lots of crappy food, (and are all at healthy weights) so I have the added struggle of not being able to eat like the rest of the family.
Hearing myself is helping me realize that these are all excuses and not reasons. I can and will do this.

Turkey chili, egg and spinach wrap. More calories than usual for lunch, but I was starving!! Always am the day after a run.
