Kesel gak sih ! aku udah Defkal sm olahraga hampir 3 minggu bb gak turun sm sekali, giliran surplus 2 hari berat langsung nambah, BAB jga gak lancar, perut buncit lagi!
Emg bener klu pikiran stres apa aja gak beres, diet kacau! olahraga males! mood down banget😩😩😩

Udah dua hari mood ancur bangett
hari ini lebih parah lagi, surplus sampe 2000kal.
sehari makan mie sampe dua kali.
minum boba, pop ice.
bakwan sampe hbis 6biji.😩😩😩

Dari pagi mood udh ancur, olahraga males malesan, rencana mau buka IF nanti jam 6 sore, eh malah gagal.
Jam 9 udh gak tahan, abis makanpun ttp aja pengen ngunyah, masih siang tp udh ngabisin 1000kal, nanti malem pasti laper lagi, pengen ngemil lagi .

Selera makan hampir gila2an sekarang, apalagi kemaren gak sengaja nyetok banyak cemilan.
seharusnya hr ini buka IF jam 6sore, tp ngelihat suami makan, malah tergiur buat buka jam 4sore.
abis makan ibu bikin "godok" pisang, mana enak banget, manis. 4 biji berasa gak cukup.
