pdhl kemarin ngemil sampe malem, tp porsi sedikit. yg sangat pengaruh olahraga saat perut kosong. mulai makan berat jam 13.00. jangan lupa tiap hari asupan protein, serat dan green tea.

Kuncinya di workout sebelum "makan pagi" kalau bisa wo 1 atau 1,5 jam. Mundurkan jam makan jd jam 11. Slesei makan tetap jam 6. Ga hitung kalori tp makan masih sewajarnya. Ga ngemil. Makan 3 kali yg mengenyangkan. Ngemil coklat cm sekali 2 potong sm fruit tea frezee. Total kemarin 10.000 langkah lebih
