Minha fome só vai embora completamente quando eu sinto meu estomago estufado de tanta comida.Fora isso a fome só diminui um pouco,mas nunca cessa.ai,ai,vicio em comida é uma coisa triste,viu?
A vontade de comer chega a tal ponto em que já pensei até em comprar aquelas barras de chocolate de 2 kg que confeiteiro usa e comer TUUUDO hj :( Eu to de dieta há quase 5 meses e durante esse tempo só comi alguma coisa fora da dieta 2 vezes.Eu tento aguentar firme,mas as vezes é muito difícil.Parece mente de viciado em droga.

Troquei de treino na academia hoje e pegaram muuuuuito pesado comigo dessa vez!!hahahaha sério,to rindo pra não chorar.Vou caçar frases de motivação na net pra me motivar. hehe
