Meal prep: Vegetable Spaghetti (organic linguini, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, chicken breast) nothing wrong with carbs at all , I consider this healthy and delicious

Good combo of carbs and healthy fats for bfast, I think starting off the day with healthy fats are an excellent way to have energy for the day but it's equally important to get some simple sugars (strawberry banana smoothie) as well

I never thought I would actually crave a salad! But a must have in all salads for me is chicken, avocado, beans, and cucumbers!
