So, I have a question. I do about an hour of beat saber (420 cals burned) and about a half of walking a day. What should I put my activity level at for the rdi calculator? I currently have it at sedentary but I think that might be incorrect. I'm just not sure, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would hardcore appreciate it.
