So everyone keeps telling me that I’m “focusing too much on the number” and “at least you’re getting healthier” and “you need to be grateful for how fat you’ve come already”. Is it bad that I feel like I want to be under 200? I feel like I’m being almost shamed for wanting to weigh 25 less than I do. I’m being told that it’s “vanity weight”. I’ve struggled literally all of my life with being overweight. Is it really that bad that I want to accomplish my goal???? It’s been 4 months and I’ve hit what feels like a titanium wall. I do cardio and very light weight training 5 days a week with a caloric intake of under 1500 a day. What am I doing wrong?
