Sunday morning....off to work! Yesterday was a good day~ I was resonable in my food choices and I exercised as I should. Nothing to really report today...

Felt good today....really good. Better than I have in about 2 months. Slept well last night too. Went to the trainer early and did treadmill before training~ burned 833cals! And I'm not feeling completely whipped..... hopefully this is an upward trend that will continue.
Day Plan:
Eat right....
Exercise.....
Be good to myself....
Spread some love....

So..... when I got back from the ordeal in California, I was under the impression that I could just "bounce right back" into my previous patterns here at home since I had removed myself from the stressful situation there. Well I was wrong!!! I am having a hard time getting back into my good habits.... I did go to my trainer on Monday, but yesterday I consumed almost everything that crossed my path! I ate such poor food, I actually had indigestion and the other things that follow~ NOT pleasant. I paid the price last night for sure. Today I feel a little more in control, but I am concerned about this.
Plan for the day:
1. Eat GOOD FOR ME food
2. Exercise
3. Rest & destress
4. No negative talk

Back to the trainer after missing a week while I was in Cali... it was hard, but i made it! Did some "ball squats"..... 2 sets of 12! Wow....intense. My butt will surely be sore manana! LOL And I'm tired today.....so much stress while I was away interfered with my sleep pattern big time, and I need to rest. I'm almost too tired to eat! Haha!

I am back from California.... FINALLY! It was a very long, stressful 10 days trying to get everything in place for my mom's long term care~ but even though my sis & I didn't accomplish it all; at least my sis has a plan to work with and it will all come together (hopefully) without too much trouble.
I'm not gonna lie and say that I was a good girl~ I wasn't. I fell right back into old habits and ate whatever I wanted. I didn't go to the gym~ my days there were filled with insurance companies, phone calls, physical therapy sessions, rehab hospital staff crap, looking for apts for my mom when she's discharged....etc, etc. I truly felt like I was in a battle to get my mom the care she needs. Almost like a crusade! So I made my mom the priority, and while I didn't neglect myself (I did drink lots of water, and tried not to eat aimlessly~ just 3 meals a day), I did drink wine, and eat butter and had dessert.
A detour on my journey, which is now back on course! I return to my trainer tomorrow and good eating starts today......
I'm back....! LOL
