Makin bertambah usia makin sadar bahwa yang perlu difokuskan adalah bukan menjadi kurus, melainkan menjadi kuat dan sehat. Fokus membangun otot , pelan tapi pasti , sebab itulah investasi untuk hari tua nanti ;)
