OK, so here I go again. Nutrisystem worked for a short period but got tired of the meals and who can resist my husband's grand cooking!! So flavorful as I'm subjected to the bland-type meals ( no offense NS, meals were ok).
Had a client who lost 40# in 2 mos. tell me about IP and figured well, I can sacrafice 2 mos. Not only did she lose the weight but her skin was glowing too! I've noticed on the 2.5 wks on this program, even my nails are getting longer (maybe even stronger). I sound like an advertisement. I just have tried so many and failed......

Well, haven't been dieting all summer as one can see since May 17th. It's August and time to get back on! I know I won't be able to lose the weight by Halloween, but want to definately be back on a routine track by then and feeling great! No candy!
