45 computer jockey whom needs to lose weight to be here for my daughters (6 and 2). Doc says I need to lose 20 lbs.
Goal 1: -27 lbs
Goal 2: -42 lbs
Strategy: up at 4 am for 2 hours of exercise (1 hour of Insanity cardio and 1 hour of weight training). Come on world, bring it on; let's do this!
