Klau dietnya "gak makan", gak perlu pakai fatsecret, lah gak makan kok, ngapain jg didata. :D
Fatsecret itu untuk mendata:
1. kalori masuk (termasuk nutrisi-nutrisi yang penting).
2. kalori keluar (berarti olahraga itu perlu, bukan cuma duduk, nulis, baca dll).
3. Istirahat/ tidur, (karena saat istirahat hormon pertumbuhan otot mulai bekerja).

Mungkin salah satu kegagalan menurunkan berat badan adalah membuat diet terasa menyiksa.
padahal diet adalah mengatur pola makan yang sehat.
makan lebih sering 5-6 x per hari, dengan memperhatikan nutrisi tubuh.
Itu lebih menyenangkan, dan bisa jadi terasa tidak sedang diet.
