Isagenix has failed me. It tasted awful, hard to stick with. I lost 6 lbs fast and then slowly gained it back once my body got used to the shakes and supplements. I don't recommend this to anybody. I will be using the remainder of my shakes to supplement my fasting days.

So yeah ... haven't lost a single pound in over 10 days. This diet is really hard when it comes to struggling with will-power. It is so limiting, and there appears to be no room for cheats or sneaking in a motivational treat. Sure I shouldn't reward myself with food, but that's how I do it.
I should be here: 183.8, but instead I am at 187 and holding.
I am not thrilled with the Isagenix program and am giving it a little bit more time to show results. If I continue not to lose weight, I will be moving on to either Shakeology or Herbalife. I have two friends who are on these programs and they have seen great results.
However, upon reviewing the cost of the shake plans I thought ... well I don't want to drop MORE money on shakes at the moment, so I will use what I have left with Isagenix and follow the Shakeology method:
Isagenix meets Shakeology
Breakfast
- Green tea with Ionix Supreme
- Shake
- 1 Accelerator
Snack
- apples
Lunch
- Green tea
- Shake
Snack
- 1 Accelerator
- apple
Dinner
- 3 green veggies
- grilled chicken
- no dairy dressing
And of course lots of water.
Shakeology calls for a shake as the second snack, but I feel that the Isagenix shakes might have more caloric value than the Shakeology shakes and that might be why. However if I do choose to go to Shakeology, which appears to be a better plan, then I will be already ready for it.
Now to drink the nastiest tasting shake on the planet, by Isagenix.

So yay I am down 6 lbs in 7 Days. Not bad. I was really starting to wonder. I stayed at 191 for most of the week. It was starting to get discouraged. In a perfect world, if I keep this pace up, I could be skinny by new years:
10/04/13 191
10/10/13 188.6
10/16/13 186.2
10/22/13 183.8
10/28/13 181.4
11/03/13 179
11/09/13 176.6
11/15/13 174.2
11/21/13 171.8
11/27/13 169.4
12/03/13 167
12/09/13 164.6
12/15/13 162.2
12/21/13 159.8
12/27/13 157.4
01/02/14 155
That would be if I was an excel sheet with reasonable mathematical outcomes. Now I am not stupid, I am well aware that my "cleanse" day had allot to do with the loss. In a weird way it is my truest weight, as I had very little water retaining. I am sure to gain some back today, as I will eat food in general, but it was worth the cleanse. So we'll see if my body is logical, or if it is going to be a butt-munch.

I am not thrilled with this program
AT ALL
. The company is nice and I had I lost water weight the day I started, however I've reached the Cleanse Day, and have made ZERO progress. Progress to me is at least a pound without extra effort. I can see that I am going to have to do additional work to make this program work, if it is working at all.
Since I've started it, I have had regular migraines nightly. I am breaking out on my chin and completely dissatisfied with the taste of their "food." Basically my motivation to continue this program is only contingent on results. So far the results are not apparent.
Granted it has only been 1 week, but I've had more results for less money. I shelled out about $300 for this crap. And it really is crap. It tastes awful, it is not satisfying and well frankly it is making me miserable. I flat out hate it.
If I continue to make zero progress, I will definitely discontinue this program and switch to another program a mutual friend is seeing results on and is fairly happy with: Herbalife.
In the end, I do not intend to WASTE anymore money on this program. The woman I used to trust, that sold it to me, basically said 'You just need to get used to the taste.' The company was just sorry that it might have tasted off and acted very professional with me. The woman who sold it to me did not and tried to sell me more B.S.
So that's how I feel.

I spent about 30 mins trying to dress up my nasty tasting shake from
Isagenix®
to taste something like a sea-salt caramel shake, using a little caramel flavoring, monk fruit extract and a touch of sea salt. They SERIOUSLY need to take a strong look at their use of the term "delicious" when labeling their product. IT IS FAR FROM IT. Hard to drink and tastes like ... um ... like someone chopped a burlap sack, a up a bunch of vitamins and minerals, then sprinkled something "like" chocolate over it and called it "delicious." As for the plan, it is helping me shed migraine pounds, but it is very restrictive and doesn't help me when my blood sugar is low or I need something to take my pills with so they don't eat a hole in my stomach.
I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone as a "delicious" replacement for food.
Isagenix
you need to go back to the drawing board if you think you your shakes are delicious. Cause they're not. False advertising.
I will be writing the company to ask why everything tastes so bad.
