I started in June with Nutrisystem. No luck. Then I found Reset. I am losing 2 to 5 lbs. a week if I don't go out to eat too often. It took lots of years to pack on all this weight , not to mention 3 kids. So if it doesn't come off too fast then maybe it won't come back so fast. I can only hope. This is a life style change I think I can stick with.
