having a hard time the scale won't budge and I want fruit in the worst way :( maybe weight watchers is better for my body I don't know I hate running when it gets tough !!! The first time I did atkins I lost tons of weight in the first 2 weeks now I'm on week 4 and down only 2 lbs :(

Darn it !!! I'm not sure where I am going wrong but I can't believe my weight went up again :( my carbs have been between 14 and 20 1 day at 23, I have been working out almost everyday !!! I didn't even cheat this weekend :)
