Made it through Monday! True to form, someone brought in homemade popcorn with butter, oil and seasoning. Best popcorn in the world! But, I only had 1/2 cup! Yea ME! Quite a feat for me since I could eat the entire roasting pan full by myself! I know this is a life style change but geeeeezzzzz. It's gonna be a hard one.

Down 1 pound already! Only been one day. Going to Mass and pray it continues! SIGH of happiness. Went grocery shopping after Mass. No junk food! Fruit, Veggies, lean meat, wheat pastas etc. I'm on a roll!

one day down. Turned down Pizza Ranch tonight. ARRRGGG. Thought I blew it when I ate some wheat saltines and peanut butter, but still under my calorie count for the day. Going to bed 'cause I keep thinking about eating. :0(

Well, today is my first day with this. I generally don't do well with diets long term. Hoping that journaling and finding a community of people trying to do the same thing will prove successful for me. Stress and boredom are my biggest challenges!
