I decided to get on the scales again this morning. (I know I shouldn't & usually I'm pretty good) but I really felt like it!! Anyway I went down another 400g. I won't weigh in offcially, to see if I can keep it off all week. I have all the family home for a week or so, including the new grandson. We are going out tonight. I hope I stay strong!!

it's so hard to get it moving, I'm doing 120 crunches every day, & also pushups, sometime i do 50 & other days i do 75 push ups but it just keeps hanging around. Oh well I guess as long as it doesn't go up that all helps.
