Does anyone know/has found a calculation for calories burned while walking ( say 2 miles per hr) WHILE pushing weight? like a baby stroller but much more weight than that....?

gosh I'm due for a weigh in. tomorrow I'll go get on the higi. I'm thinking ill be up but not entirely upset.
My muscles are more defined in my back, legs, natural waist is in. So my weight though perhaps overall unchanged (if I'm lucky) reflects a marked change in strength and increased energy over the past 8-14 weeks. I'm burning more calories but my food habits need help.

Some days. ok more days than I like I'm so bleeping tired I grab anything. But it makes things worse if my protein isn't high and quality of carbs is low.

I'm also missing my fitness routines targeting specific muscles. I'm going to have to cut my hours though. If something was tweaked the wrong way I'd pay dearly and be out of commission for weeks. no good!
The job is very physical.
Hoping I can last through the month and that it won't be a disappointment to the dept. to slow my hrs. down.
its not worth it if all the energy is going to work and my days off are basically recovery. I have my own work to do too. Of course the bills have their own expectations as well 😝

I wish everyone on FS a grace filled season. Much joy and fulfillment. And good and healthy eating of course. oxox

Addendum. Today's pep talk. Reminder to self that I'm doing a body re-composition so its not going to look like steady weight loss. The 2 month photos showed! change!
trimmer waist, less flabby at bra straps and more definition in back, shoulder blades and legs look less squishy and even a bit toned.
Better food tracking is important! as will be some days of refeeding. One or even 2 a week depending on exercise levels. Keeping protein high ( minimum 80g) and carbs smart... no Doritos on break no matter how tiny the bag 😢
And it's Halo top or nothing no matter how good the sale price of Ben n Jerry's! lol
Prep the protein muffins once a week and the 🐔 meat. Whole wheat pasta is ok on nights before a long work day.
More arugala. Make a pineapple pie for this weekend.
More mobility training and AB workouts. stretch stretch stretch!
and take an Epsom salt bath one night this weekend.
you're doing 👍
