Well I'm up again 2 weeks in a row:( oh well I definitely deserved it after the holiday weekend. My exercise has been good, so just have to refocus the eating choices and portion sizes. Did an 18km hike on Saturday half way up the Sleeping Giant...lol Once the snow clears hope to do the whole 22km and get to the top.

Well back up a pound this week, not sure why I did have one bad meal on Saturday night and ate a ribeye steak as big as my head...lol, but other then that I prepped my meals and did 4 workouts. Still need to find the time and motivation to get one more strengthening session in a week. Trying to catch up on my sleep and get my water back up, so maybe that will help moving forward.

Wow it's been a good couple weeks for weight loss for me, hopefully I can keep things up. I feel much better now that I'm back into my regular workout schedule and eating better.

Well it wasn't a 100% kind of week, but it was an I'm pretty happy with the way it went kind of week and I'm down and feeling pretty good about that. Got in all my workouts except one strengthening session and prepped all my food this week, no meals out. The weather here was so beautiful this weekend I got out for a run and managed to get through the whole 5km took me 45 minutes at 7 and 1's - but felt great after, no sore knees or hips so the stretching and strengthening I am doing is helping. I did register for my sprint triathlon in July so the training has begun:)
