June 27, 2020 weight 168, blood sugar 133. Not sure why blood sugar is so high but I ate 1200 calories yesterday, and for supper I had a small serving of rice, not good for carbs. The weight up is only a small amount because I was 167.8 yesterday and I did eat more bulky food yesterday.

Getting back on my diet really paid off. Lost a pound. So glad to see that. Sticking to straight and narrow, as they say. unlimited fruit just doesn't work out.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week

June 25, 2020 Thursday Weight 168.4, blood sugar 116. getting back on a more stringent pattern. I started to gain although I have not eaten more than 1200 calories a day. Apparently at my age and possibly by the type of food that i was eating rather than the calories, it stopped my weight loss. Eating 20 strawberries a day was not such a lot of calories but it was a weight stoppage. Fiber, sheer bulk? Now I am back to tight control, appetite is much less, and I hope to see 165 by July.
A1C 5.8 now, instead of 6.8. Hopefully next test, three months from now, my blood sugar will be lower.

June 18, Thursday. Didn't write down my dinner calories yesterday, and as usual, that led to too many calories, almost 1200. I ate a lot of strawberries and cherries. That, strangely enough, resulted in 87 blood sugar this morning and increased digestive activity, but my weight was up a lb. Well maybe tomorrow will be better weight wise. Looked at Dr. Oz diet. It might work better with the guys if they could stand to be off sugar. Not sure they can. Hunger and sugar withdrawal are two things that probably would be hard for eithr of them. Not sure. Everyone's body is a separate island, really, and the coalition formed of experience, bodily digestion, endurance of hunger and food tastes, often based on what really digests well for different people,
makes all the difference when it comes to weight loss.

June 17, 2020 Wednesday Finally back to 168. I was not conscious of over eating but I must have on my birthday. Took me several days to get back to 168.
