July 5, blood pressure 118/59, blood sugar 155 after breakfast, weight 168.2. New resolve to not eat until blood sugar is under 120.

july 3,2020 Didn't do blood sugar this morning but weight is 168.8. It's been a struggle dropping weight gained when I pigged out on fruit, ate too much salt, and two slices of diet bread. Losing weight can be harder in the 7th month of a determined diet, but it will happen. Hoping to be 165 before August. That's how slow I have been losing lately although I am staying at 1000 or below daily.

July 2 I have just been going through a hard time with eating too much salt and then two slices of bread! That could have been a four pound gain, but I am gradually easing back to my lower weight. 169 this morning. Digestion is always an issue when it comes to weight. I will do better tomorrow. Continuing to eat high protein and eat lightly.

July 1 down two pounds to 169. Another day or so should see the last of the bread/salt water retension. Blood sugar 128.
Yesterday I weight 171! Eating bacon, ham, and then two slices of bread put on 3 lbs! It takes time for it all to come off.

june 28, wt 168, blood sugar 97, blood pressure 125/65.
A great improvement over January 2020. My goal is still to weight in the 140's. I need to exercise and I will try to get tread mill working in here. It will need to be turned and the tread area will lie across the hall, but I think that can work out. Off to the store.My black denim mask on today.
