I know the talk is against weighing too often. Right now, I feel that I need to do it daily. Trying to control what I eat is the same exact feeling as quitting smoking. I'm trying to continuously remain conscious of my condition and not just accept it anymore. A time always comes when I sit back and think - hey. this is me. I'm happy with me. I love my life. -
And although confidence is great, this confidence does me no good if the body it's in will help to contribute to an earlier death.
So, here we go :)

Day 2.
Still feeling it from the squats.
Fajr - 5 pushups
Dhuhr - 20 second plank
Asr - 30 crunches
Maghreb -
Aisha - 55 squats

I'm on my personal 30-Day challenge now.
-- Coffee in the morning, then nothing but water, then my sleepy-time tea at night.
-- No candy or chocolate.
-- Pushup, Crunch, Plank & Squat routine.
Building reps each day. (following a recommended routine)
