was supposed to be DVD day but i decided to do weights instead so two sets of

10x(each arm) concentration curls
10x(each arm) overhead tricep extensions

all doing the blue weight
also did some yoga on the wii fit

upped my cals yesterday from the previous day when i only had 1057

which comes to 1450

3 pints green tea, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of milk
exercise
was supposed to do weights yesterday but felt too tired, didnt sit around all day though, did general things like shopping, housework, cleaning hamster cages etc, i know thats not a workout but every little helps
i dont feel tired today so straight back into it with a fitness DVD

had another good day yesterday

totals 1057 cals for the day, quite low yesterday so ive decided to get some milk so that when i have a low day like yesterday i have have some milk
drinks - 4 pints of green tea, 2 cups of water
exercise - did all 3 levels of my biggest loser cardio max DVD, 30 mins step on wii fit
im very tired today so i dont know if i should give todays weights a miss, i will be doing other things IE walking and i might do my yoga DVD later

exercise it was weights day so

sets 2 and 3 were the same except
20x weighted squats
that took 50 mins
also did 60 mins on wii fit (boxing and step)
i struggled on the weights a bit because i lifted them all at the heavier weight where as previous to that i was doing some at the lighter weight

yesterday was a good day, food wise i was really healthy

184g sliced chicken breast - 198 cals
100g couscous - 126 cals
hot salsa sauce - 12 cals

164g lamb shoulder joint - 496 cals
which is a total of 1410
drinks wise i had 5 pints of green tea and 1 cup of water, exercise wise i did levels 1 and 2 of my 30 day shred DVD which took 45 mins
last night i actually found out ive got something to aim for, in a little less than 6 weeks we are all going out for my aunts 65th bday, going for a meal and a few drinks, im aiming to lost at LEAST 9lbs by then which is 1.5lbs a week, if i lose more coolios, if i dont then i will slap myself
so treats for the next 6 weeks are OUT
NO crisps
NO pizza
NO brunch bars
NO greggs/subway
my dad, sis and aunt all know im trying to lose weight and i want to make them proud, i dont see my aunt much and she commented the last time she saw me that it looks like i had lost weight so this time im wanting her to go 'WOW'
and my treat at the end of the 6 weeks will be a lovely italian meal
