Well, I have been doing ok this week. I found myself not really wanting fried or fast food. I thought that was kinda of a change for my body. Tommorrow morning I am going to weigh myself and see how it goes! Good Luck everyone!

I have water gain from my "vistor" so I got this problem to deal with. Now, this is the real challenge!

Today I didnt exercise to let my body get a rest but I plan on walking in the morning. Tonight my gums are kinda sore with a small tooth and a slight headache. So at least I know I dont want any food tonight while im not feeling my best.. I am not hungry tonight! lol

This week I have been doing ok. There was one night I wanted to go to mcdonalds and get get nuggets but I didnt. (yea...me) I know I can do this because I have did it before but the older you get things change. I went on vacation for 2 weeks and did think about my weight bc I knew when I got back, playtime was over for me! I have started making a weightloss scrapbook so I can remind myself of what I want to get away from. I walk one mile every morning and sometimes one mile at night. I want to go out of town for Easter or July the Fourth.. My biggest thing to get off is my muffin top.. omg! I hate it! If you have any tips to remove this please enlighen me! Good luck everyone!
