Had some virus bothering me the last few days but slowly getting better. My weight is also fantastic and iam seemg the fruit of my labours. Feeling a bit run down this week due to some nasty sorethroat. Its took w lot of energy from me but I will come back even stronger and nail my training in month two.

Haven't recorded a journal for a whole week. Its been really tough, especially trying to get my training in along with the children going back to school. It's tricky finding the time to but sacrifices have to be made and my training has to take priority. Had a good workout today. Sunday is normally my rest day but I didn't get any training in yesterday so had to do the bulk of my work today. Tremendous workout and getting results and feeling really great after it. I am starting to appreciate just what these workouts do for me. I've gotten so used to it and find that I am actually needing to train sufficiently to get me going at the highest level. I am now settled and will be ironing later today. Training is as much a priority for me as eating, drinking and carrying on with my other responsibilities. Glad to have had the opportunity to train today it was a great decision to put in cardio recovery.

Rest day today, I take a break from my Insanity Workouts and its back in the habit Monday morning. The kids go back to school. Going to be a bit strange after six weeks holiday. Now going into Autumn with a few little projects on the line and a lot of work to do. It always gets done in the end just need to prioritise better and learn to actually switch off more and enjoy things a bit more. Had my dinner now for the ironing in readiness for the new school term - dinner money, uniforms, rack sacks and the lot. Wish myself the best.

How times change I am happily enjoying my workouts but feeling really ticked off for some reason. Today Cardio Recovery went well, thats about it.
