So nothing for weeks and quit the Keto. Started Keto again and shed a tune of pounds . A bit scary how quickly. I weighed in at least 10 times just to check. Increasing the calories just by 200 helped a lot so thank you community for some great advice.

Been finding it all really hard lately. The only way I seem to lose weight is by fasting and Keto. Haven’t lost a pound in 2 weeks and I’ve been dieting . Starting a new on Monday. Let hope to see some changes this week
