Another sunny day! Lot's to do today, the list is long.
I started a new FS group this morning for those of us in the 'Sandwich Generation' People that have kid's to take care of and their parents also. I hope that I won't be the only member! But, who knows? I really try to be a good friend, mother, daughter, and wife. To me, that is what life is about, to be loving and kind.
Hopefully, the weight loss will follow. I am just going to do my best.
My son's 21 birthday dinner went well. I made his favorite and only ate one serving! But I did have a piece of cake, which was not in the plans.

Today is sunny and way too warm for March in Montana. Both dogs are lounging outside in the sun where the snow has melted!
I promised myself to try to have a good attitude today. We are celebrating our oldest son's birthday tonight. I can't believe he will be 21 tomorrow. It sure makes me feel funny. It feels like he was just a little boy last week, time passes so quickly. Now he is 6'3"!
It will be a challenge to not eat any of the cake that he wants me to bake. Homemade buttermilk chocolate cake with caramel icing. Chocolate would be his favorite!

Saturday started out well. I stayed home all day, which is very rare.
I explored fat secret and learned a lot. The funny thing is, only one of my 6 post's were 'approved'. I am not sure how to get involved in any of the discussions if none of my questions/comments are posted.
Maybe this is a waste of time. I'll give it another few days. I do see value in keeping track of my food, but my time is valuable. Spending all this time online for nothing is not what I should be doing.

Happy Saturday morning! It is gray and cold outside, but it will be a good day. We went to a dinner party last night and I did pretty well! Even with dessert. Journaling and logging my food seems to be working. At least it helps me keep a positive attitude.
I need to investigate the recipe part of FS today. We are having our son's 21st birthday dinner tomorrow night and I want to make something everyone will enjoy.
My next goal is to start exercising again. I need to be held accountable!!

Good day today! I just got back from my 16 year old son's chamber orchestra concert. It was great! Our high school kids are so talented.
It feels great to have a way to lose weight and have the support of wonderful women on this site!
