Today's rotation was Cardio Party (from the FIRM). I sweated, a lot. Tomorrow is off day. I need good stretch tonight & tomorrow.
The last time I really tried losing weigh in 2010, I lost 15 pounds in six months. If I can lose two pounds a month, it would be great because I'm now older... :(

TOM was 3/30, so today is day-11. It is a good day to start over.
I started with Hi-Def Sculpt with 3-lbs weights, which should be easy if I were in fit. It wasn't so bad, but I got so hot that felt nauseate. I am limiting my coffee intake under 4-cup a day, but I still need to drink more water, consciously.
