OMG I am under 160. wooohooo!Going to plow ahead with this and will start walking my dog far away. He loves that and it will help me a lot. Hope all my pals here are doing well too.

Started out good today lost .6 lbs so headed in the right direction. Two low carb meals and one reward meal seems to work for me.

I am going to check in every day and record weight and food consumed. There is no other way to go with this but to face reality. I thought my Bff would be on this journey with me but this morning she was not that encouraging. Just going to have to do it alone.

I am down about four ozs from yesterday. I really like this site because I need to write down everything I eat and stop lying to myself. I know I get scared when I lose and I think I am afraid to succeed. Who knows why? Anyway I would like to lose 25-thirty pounds by my birthday. May 25th.
