so i still have my drinking weekends, cut out almost all desserts 1 soda a day and fast food maybe 2 times a month. I know I would lose faster if I excersize but yard work and house cleaning are enough for me lol

doing very well for myself i'm happy with slowly slipping off. and i keep telling myself i didn't put it on over night and it won't come off overnight

did really well for myself this week,I have avoided next to everything that is high fat or loaded with carbs.. and hey this isn't the hardest thing i've ever had to do in my life

Wow 200 days since I fell off the wagon. I wanted to look great for a vacation, it came and went and I brought back 4 extra pounds of what I had lost. Every time I tell myself it will be different this time.. I sure hope so.
