Went on "vacation" -- helped a friend move this week and worked my tosh off! All good stuff, but I get motion sickness in the mountains -- thus ginger ale was a close friend and ginger chews. Cane Sugar. Ugh! But.... plus my eating habits were derailed a bit -- I had bread, wine (the former because of the latter), and whiskey. Outside of that I got BOOKOOS OF EXERCISE! None of which I posted, but it did happen.
It's obvious to me I cannot get back on track alone. A simple prayer this morning for Divine help to resist temptations when they come along.

I eat too much. I have to return to the fatty liver diet else I will have a fatty liver again. Looking to revisit 21 day fix with colored portion control containers. Headed for vacation soon—pray I keep faithful!!! And exercise! And avoid the temptations I should!!!
