Had an amazing workout today, less than two months to go before the warrior dash!! I am on a bit of a plateau for my weight loss, but I am noticing my writs, ankles and legs slimming down. It is a bit discouraging to step on the scale and see the needle at the same mark as last week but I am debating on getting rid of the things all together. I hate the feeling I get when I stare down at the same number for weeks and weeks. I need to go by my gut feeling and how my clothes fit.
Running is getting easier, I can control my breathing better now. I am still full of energy and I love the food that I eat. Its amazing how much bread and pasta was dulling my tastebuds. I have a great appreciation for all kinds of foods now. Hope everyone is doing well!!

WEll, back down to 205, finally! I was scared after I started working out because I have gained those five pounds, but I am pretty sure that that was just muscle mass. Hopefully now, I start gradually losing the fat again like I did when I started this lifestyle.
Tax return came in! now I can pay for a years membership at the REc. Super excited! Plus in came just in time for valentines day, so i can get my hubby something nice:) Everything is going great, working a double shift today, open to close, so I won't be able to work out, but I think standing for 12 hours will be sufficient.

Went to the art museum today, didn't do a harsh workout, but all the walking should compensate. Really starting to feel stronger and I am continually reaching my goals...I have a new one though. My brother still has to help me with pull ups...I am hoping to be able to do a few without assistance soon. Well, can't wait to see where I am two weeks from now, flat abs...here I come!

I am not overly fond of weekends...they tend to catch me off guard and trick me into thinking that I can do whatever I want. However, I told myself if I really want something I can have it without feeling guilty. I do still feel guilty about those crackers...but hey! My workout later will take care of them in a flash:) Meanwhile, i am super excited to have found hershey's sugar free chocolate. Tastes EXACTLY like the originals and I DON'T feel bad about eating one or two pIeces! My Husband thought I was nuts for being so excited about it but hey, he just doesn't understand! On that note, I do have to go to work(bleh) but I feel positive and energetic that today will go well:)

Well, had another good workout at the rec today, ate under 40 carbs, woOt! had a horrible pizza craving, but thank god for cream cheese and eggs! Low carb pizza crust is amazing and delicious:) I can't wait to see what I look like in two weeks:):)
