½ croissant keju dan 1 telur orak arik. Total sarapan dgn jus belimbing&melon jadi 368 kalori:D alhamdulillah kenyang dan jadi variatif menu sarapannya gak oatmeal melulu hehe

Pengen ganti sarapan krn udh 3 minggu makan oatmeal yg gt2 aja jadilah buat jus melon campur belimbing. Ternyata, manis! mantab. Teman2 FS punya resep oatmeal gak? Biasanya cm pake pisang, jelly, yoghurt, coklat bubuk jadi mulai bosan haha
