So last night somebody brought in some Publix key lime pies to work. I quickly looked up what the calories were on FS. 130 cal per serving. Wow not bad, so I had a "serving" 1/8 of a pie. Come to find out the info in FS was wrong so 1/8 pie was one serving but was actually 420 cal. 130 calories is about 1/3 of 1/8 of a pie or about 2 or 3 small bites... I fixed the FS calorie content info so nobody else is fooled... and promptly went to the gym working out 45 minutes on the eliptical. I had 3 guinness extra stout for St. Patty's day - they are 176 cal each - yikes. Going to the gym today too! Right now I am at work and hope to finish up early.
