I'm starting a challenge on this website in a few days (squats for a month). I don't think I've ever done a squat before in my life intentionally, and I even looked up on youtube for the proper way to do them. Tried it out today at 20, not that bad. I'm looking forward to it.
Good news, my second full day as a member, and I'm about 100 calories under my RDI, which from my limited knowledge of diet and nutrition, means that I am doing alright for my fitness plan.
Day 3 coming up tomorrow, hoping I can do just as good tomorrow.

Used a measuring cup to record my serving size for the first time in my life. This is definitely a new thing for me, and I look forward to keeping it up. I think portion control plus the walking video I've been using are going to be monumental in helping me reach my goal.

Random google search for the calories in my bag of popcorn led me to this site, and I signed up. We'll see if I can maintain it.
At least I'm going to stick the link on my toolbar next to email so it'll be right there.
