I have been slacking in the recording but not in the diet or exercise. Eating well....exercising regularly through biking, jogging and zumba! All is good in my world!

Thought I would share some inspirational words with everyone today. I found this statement and it is very well stated: "Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still." As long as your not standing still your going in the right direction. Hope this helps some of you that may feel at a loss. I am in a very good mind set right now and if you reflect on the positives not the negitives everything else will follow. Have a great day everyone!
