End of the 1st of March. I was SO good today! Stuck to my diet 100%. I only hope it shows on the scale tomorrow.... ::eeep::
Watched a documentry on obesity... which completetly put me off any night-time snacking! Yay!

So far today...
Breakfast: Muesli and skim milk; coffee with splenda and skim milk
Lunch: Big Salad with salsa for dressing

I've been following a low calorie diet for a while. I've noticed that I have distinct eating habits - I'm good during the day, I don't feel hungry... don't even feel like I'm 'dieting'. But at night I struggle. I CRAVE salty things, cheese and crackers, chips.... biltong. Then I feel like I'm punishing myself for not allowing myself a little treat... so I give in. I could be losing so much more weight if I had better self control at night... ::sigh::
